{"id":546,"date":"2022-07-21T01:33:28","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T01:33:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.infirmary-integrated.com\/?p=546"},"modified":"2022-07-21T01:33:28","modified_gmt":"2022-07-21T01:33:28","slug":"v-2-2-3-qrs-qt-morphology-temporal-smoothing-bugfixes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infirmary-integrated.com\/?p=546","title":{"rendered":"V 2.2.3 QRS\/QT Morphology, Temporal Smoothing, Bugfixes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.infirmary-integrated.com\/download\/\">Available for download on the Downloads page.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this minor release, a few subtle but important changes and fixes were implemented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QRS\/QT Morphology<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>QRS interval and QTc interval is now adjustable under &#8220;Cardiac Profile&#8221;<\/li><li>As you would expect, on all ECG tracings on all simulation devices, the QRS and ST segments are now drawn to those set intervals<\/li><li>Allows for advanced simulation of narrow or wide complex morphologies, or abnormally elongated or shortened QTc pathology<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temporal Smoothing<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Changes made to vital signs, etc. (to the underlying digital patient model) are now applied synchronously with the cardiac and respiratory cycles<\/li><li>Changing cardiac vital signs or rhythms no longer creates artifact or &#8220;ectopic&#8221;-appearing beats on ECG waveforms<\/li><li>Changing respiratory vital signs or rhythms no longer creates artifact as well<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bugfixes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some minor bugfixes were made to the Simulator interface for improved user experience. A bugfix was made to the Scenario Editor that fixed a feature-breaking bug.
